MAIUG in association with MediAssist4U organized the Food Bank project at Pusat Kebajikan Good Shepard on 25th of June 2016 at 12.00pm as part of Corporate Social Responsibility programme. This centre is currently housing 8 teenagers between the age of 13 to 17 years old and 8 nuns/sisters whom take cares of them. These teenagers are usually of those experiencing conflict in parental relationship, abuse or neglection by parents. The have several centres established in Malaysia. We were told that the centre required medicines either by free will or sold to them at cheaper rate. We had a small get together with the teenagers, nuns/sisters and 6 of their staffs and served them home cooked lunch. The session ended at 1.35pm.
